550 Trackside Wedding :: Alisa + Hugh :: with Page

Romantic, modern, and rustic weddings are some of our favorites!  Add 550 Trackside as the venue and we were in HEAVEN on Alisa + Hugh’s wedding day!  We were smitten with this couple from the very start – and their engagement session in April totally sealed the deal!  We’d been looking forward to their wedding for months and it was everything we thought it’d be.

The seasonal florals and vintage-rustic details were beautifully understated, allowing Alisa + Hugh’s love to take center stage.  We caught up with Alisa to see how they’re enjoying newlywed life and hear more about what it was like to see their vision come to life…

“We got married on the most perfect sunny day at 550 Trackside, outside of Atlanta.  Our vibe was a rustic theme to the day- the greenery, deep hues, the long flowing bridesmaid dresses, candles, & lanterns…

Our favorite parts were some of the personal touches: I loved my dress- it had a bohemian feel, we had a dear friend & pastor marry us, a groomsman was the musician during our couple’s communion, one of my dear friend’s children was our ring bearer and flower girl, my piano teacher growing up was our pianist… we had so much fun dancing. And to top it off, our getaway car was a 1980s Toyota van that my husband completely restored himself and is turning into a camper van. 🙂 It feels great to be married and doing life together, and we can’t wait for all of the adventures to come!”
