Hey, I’m Brooke – a documentary and fine art photographer. I love capturing the moments throughout a wedding day in an artful way, showing off natural movement, genuine emotion, and the raw chemistry between all of my couples. As a wedding photographer, I believe every wedding gallery and album should showcase real moments and real emotions without sacrificing the traditional portraits that you’ll pass down for generations.

Over the past 3 years I have shot close to 70 weddings all over DC, MD, and VA. I also love shooting fine art boudoir, families, maternity sessions and couples. Creating art with a camera and capturing authentic celebrations of love has grown into not only my business, but my life’s passion and purpose.

I am super laid back, fun and positive on wedding days. I want to make sure that my couples are having the greatest day possible and are not stressed out at all when it comes to the photos we need to capture. I take a very proactive approach to my weddings and make sure I know my couples’ wants and needs prior to the day so when the day comes it will run very smoothly.

When I’m not capturing my couples, you’ll find me in the kitchen cooking up a delicious vegan dish. If I have a night off, I’ll be torn between finding live music or staying in with some episodes of The Office or Curb Your Enthusiasm.
