Our base wedding package is based on an 8 hour shooting schedule, and Lead Photographers are paid $800. Occasionally, clients will book more or fewer hours, and photographers are compensated accordingly on an hourly basis. Photographers are paid $140 for engagement/portrait sessions, which last between 60-90 minutes. If you are a photographer duo applying as a single unit, the pricing structure is slightly different, and we'll be in touch with more details. Significant and thorough detail will be provided on all aspects of compensation, travel reimbursement, and all of the other nitty-gritty details during the interview process. We ask the following of all lead shooters: A one year commitment so that OLAS can market you for at least one calendar year You are are comfortable photographing and caring for couples of all races, religious or ethnic backgrounds, sexual orientations, and gender identities You have minimum availability of approximately 1 Saturday a month You are willing to shoot engagement sessions for clients who book a session as part of their wedding package (for pay of course!) You are willing to work weddings that can be up to 3 hours drive time and engagement sessions up to 100 miles.
