Atlanta, Ga BeltLine Engagement Session :: Diane + Derek :: With Nikki

Diane + Derek first met at the University of Alabama where they became close friends, but their romantic relationship did not start until a couple of years later when they were both living in Atlanta! When they reconnected Diane realized that she had a new found attraction to this older, more mature Derek. They started dating and fell for each other fast.

After over four years of dating they recently took a trip to Disney World where Derek proposed in front of Cinderella’s Castle — what a true fairytale! Diane says she feels like “the luckiest girl in the world, engaged to my real life prince charming!”

Diane + Derek’s engagement session around Atlanta was absolutely gorgeous! We love how they incorporated so many hidden treasures in their pictures! After their session we asked Diane a few questions about her experience as a soon-to-be bride…

Q: What did you love most about your engagement shoot?  Your photographer?

A: “I loved getting to spend time at one of our favorite weekend spots (the Beltline), while also capturing our love for each other and our city. Nikki was great too, making us feel very comfortable in a usually awkward situation.”

Q: What are you most looking forward to about your wedding?

A: “Most looking forward to marrying my best friend.”
