Atlanta, Ga Engagement Session at Grant Park :: Mckensie + Ryan :: With Shain

Mckensie + Ryan started dating during their junior year of high school and now they are coming up on their 8 year anniversary! Their engagement session around Grant Park in Atlanta was super fun and flirty! Even after 8 years it looks like Ryan is still trying to serenade Mckensie in the park with his guitar, how sweet!

We got in touch with Mckensie to talk with her a little more about their engagement…

Q: Is there a moment in your dating history that stands out above the rest? 

A: “Ryan always tries to surprise me. My family goes to Fripp Island, SC every year for a family vacation, the summer before we went to college Ryan surprised me by coming up to the beach the last few days. I remember sitting on the beach with my whole family and turned around and he was walking behind us, that was a happy moment :)” 

Q: What did you love most about your engagement shoot?

A: “We thought out engagement shoot was a blast. We loved exploring a part at Atlanta that we haven’t been to before and loved that Shain was so open and a relaxed photographer.”

Q: Any tips for other engaged brides who are hiring their vendors or starting the planning process?

A: Getting a “Wedding planner was the best idea, they know all the good vendors and which ones work well together!”
