Bird Park Engagement Session in East Walpole, MA :: Jessica + Kevin :: with Andrea

After a whirlwind romance, these two love birds are on their 6th year, have already started their family, and are now planning a wedding!! We asked Jessica to tell us a little about their proposal & she said “Kevin and I met a little over 6 years ago here in Massachusetts. Kevin is originally from Ireland and we have made a few trips to his home of Ireland together over the years. On our last trip to Ireland with our son Liam, we were able to visit at Christmas. On Christmas Eve 2016, Kevin decided to take me on a drive to one of our favorite spots to visit together, a national park in Glendalough, Ireland. When we arrived it was quiet, we were the only car in the parking lot. We decided we would walk down to the water because this was where we had never made it too in prior years. On the walk Kevin was quiet with his hands in his pockets the whole time (holding onto the ring). It was an extremely windy day and looked as if it would rain the entire time. We had left early in the morning in hopes of avoiding the rain. We had walked along about a good two miles and as we walked I snapped photos along the route. Once we got to the waters edge I walked quickly to the water to take a photo of the mountains and lake in front of us. We were what felt like the only ones in the park.  Kevin called my name and as I turned around from taking the photo I burst into tears because there was Kevin on one knee with the ring.”
