Boston, Ma Engagement Session at Pier’s Park :: Christine + Shadi :: With Lauryn

Christine + Shadi met through Shadi’s sister-in-law, and since then they have been dating for over a year and a half! They got engaged this summer and wanted to document the exciting news at Pier’s Park. Pier’s Park is a landscaped park with fantastic views of the harbor and the city!

This location was perfect for this couple because it provides a mixture of a formal and relaxed environment. We love how Christine + Shadi took this opportunity to dress to the nines, and they are absolutely rocking their outfits! This shoot was so effortless because their connection is so strong and they really are just happy and giddy around each other!

We recently talked to Christine to ask her more about their engagement and wedding planning…

Q: Is there a moment in your dating history that stands out above the rest?

A: “It’s so cliche to say when you know, you know.. but it’s true.  It’s such an indescribable feeling. I’ve never met anyone with a bigger heart who is constantly motivated to make life easier for everyone around him. He could turn any negative into a positive and it’s one of the million traits about him that I love.”

Q: What did you love most about your engagement shoot?  Your photographer?

A: “We chose Pier’s Park in Boston and loved the options it offered for different scenic backgrounds. Lauryn was amazing! She made us feel comfortable from the minute we met her – the shoot felt more natural than posed for the most part.”

Q: What are you most looking forward to about your wedding?

A: “If you ask Shadi he’d say the food tasting ..actually who am I kidding, we’re both looking forward to that. I think we’re definitely just excited to continue the next chapter in our lives  together while having our closest friends and family celebrating with us.”
