Canandaigua, NY Wedding :: Emily + Gregg :: With Greta

Emily + Gregg met on their second day of college and have been together ever since! After almost 9 years of dating they can finally call each other husband and wife. They had their wedding at a private residence in Canandaigua, New York that was absolutely stunning. The combination of the beautiful wildflowers and amazing view of Canandaigua lake made this day feel absolutely perfect!

We were able to talk to Emily after the wedding to get some more input from her about this special day…

Q: Tell me about your wedding day… how did it feel for the day to finally arrive and to see all of your planning come together?

A: “Surreal! We had so much help in the few days leading up to the wedding which was amazing.”

Q: Is there a moment that stands out above the rest?

A: “Standing up at the altar and looking out at all of our guests. There are very few times when you have everyone from all facets of your life in one place, so we were so thankful for everyone who made the trip.”

Q: What did it feel like to finally be married?

A: “It felt great! I don’t think it actually hit either of us until after the chaos of the wedding weekend was over. We stayed in a quaint Pennsylvania cabin for a few days following the wedding and let everything soak in while we relived the whole weekend.”
