Church of St. Vincent Ferrer + The Loeb Boathouse Central Park New York, NY :: Alissa + Nick :: with Christian

Their story began one sunny, hot, beautiful summer day in Rochester, NY (yes these days do happen in Rochester) when Alissa saw three guys playing beach volleyball at the apartment complex court. Out of the kindness of her heart, Alissa decided that these three guys could use some help with their volleyball skills. A few weekends of beach volleyball later, Alissa and Nick realized that they had a lot more in common than just growing up on islands. They shared a love for all things grilled, outdoor adventures and Nick’s beard.

Fast forward a few years, to a simple stay-cation in NYC and an unsuspecting relaxed Alissa just waking up from a nap in Brooklyn Bridge Park. She found herself watching the man she loves get down on one knee.
