We’ve said this before, and we’ll say it again: we love that weddings are not one-size-fits-all. It’s sometimes easy to forget that at the heart of it, a wedding is an incredibly intimate ceremony binding one life to another in a crazy powerful way. Sometimes the weddings that shine the most are the ones that break with traditional or vogue and where the couple does thing in precisely their own way to make the day their own. Corrie + Matt made the day their own with an alternative timeline featuring a gorgeous, understated morning ceremony surrounded by a small gathering of the couple’s closest family and friends at a private home in Greenville, followed by a break in the day, and a late afternoon reception at the Peace Center for Performing Arts. Our Southeast photographer Paige was there to capture key parts of the C+ M’s beautiful day.
