If there’s one thing that Georgia has had its fair share of this summer, it is RAIN! Buckets of it! Heather + Tyler were married on what started out as a rainy day in May, but these lovebirds were real troopers throughout it all and kept their game faces on. It paid off, because before too long the rain clouds cleared away and OLAS superstar photographer Tyler got some amaaazing photos (and he ALWAYS does, rain or shine!).We love that the photos feature both the intimate nature of the ceremony at the Day Chapel at the State Botanical Gardens of Georgia, as well as the beautiful and whimsical setting of Thompson House and Gardens. Any Athens folk out there will really appreciate H + T’s food choices, too….the beautiful cake was by Ike and Jane Bakery, and the catering done by one of our own favorites, Mama’s Boy. We love that Heather + Tyler kept a wonderful perspective, one that is easy to lose, throughout their whole wedding and the planning process – they maintained (and acted accordingly!) that the most important part of their wedding was the covenant they were entering into before their families and friends.
