You might remember Michelle + Jeff from their adorable engagement session in Prospect Park, and we are now beyond thrilled to share with you their gorgeous wedding! Michelle + Jeff gott married at The Barns at Wesleyan Hills in Connecticut, which provided the perfect backdrop to their vision of a rustic and romantic wedding. They both wanted a wedding that was not super formal, but instead small and comfortable and allowed them to best enjoy their family and friends, and spend the night eating, dancing, and celebrating! For Michelle, the most special part of the wedding day was the involvement of her family. Her mother made her beautiful veil as well as shawls for the bridesmaids, and her dad picked the song for the father and bride dance, which was a complete surprise! Michelle and Jeff mostly wanted to be surrounded by and celebrate with their closest friends and family on their wedding day, and they managed to do not only that, but pull off an absolutely stunning wedding while they were at it! Also, Michelle had a fun idea that we loved – she requested that their first kiss photo be taken from behind the couple, so the photo captured the reactions and emotion of the guests. Love!
