Editor’s Choice :: Sara + Pete’s Redwood Grove Wedding at Chenoweth Woods, CA :: with Michael

Happy Friday lovelies!  Today we’re bringing you Sara + Pete’s beautiful wedding at Chenoweth Woods in Sebastopol, California.  Chenoweth Woods is home to infamously beautiful redwood trees, and you better believe they made for an out-of-this-world back drop for S + P’s big day (like omg people. o.m.g.). With a venue as innately beautiful as that, Sara + Pete didn’t really need to do much, but we absolutely love all of the little details they infused into their wedding to make it uniquely “them” anyways.  We’ll let Sara explain more about a few of them in the below  🙂

“Pete and I met at a street market through a mutual friend (who is marrying us). Pete was living with Alex’s mom on her vineyard at the time. The wine from that vineyard will be served at the wedding. Pete is a winemaker at Lynmar Winery. I am in marketing in the tech industry. I’m an aspiring graphic designer and did the invitations myself with the help of an amazing local printer, Jeronimo’s Lithograph. Pete and I love the outdoors. Most of our adventures involve being outside in some way. Our first trip was a five day backpacking trip in Yosemite. When we found Chenoweth Woods, we knew it would be perfect for our special day. We’re serving pizza at the wedding. While perhaps not a traditional wedding meal, Rosso is one of our absolute favorites. We love their style of cooking, and their portable pizza oven never disappoints. It’s a Sonoma County staple for foodies like us.”
