Pay attention to how your clothes fall on your body - whether you choose more flowing or structured outfits, avoid clothes that hang limply.

Consider making use of layers. Not only do layers add visual interest, but you can always add/subract during the session to get a variety of shots.

Don't know where to start?

Pick a "theme" as a starting point - whether it's a favorite location, a movie, a shared hobby etc.

For a more stylized look, choose clothes, accessories, and makeup that are a bit bolder than your day-to-day look.

Above all, choose an outfit that makes you feel good about yourself and is comfortable - it will shine through in the photos!
