We’re over the moon to be sharing this gorgeous Flint Hill wedding. It’s no secret that Flint Hill is one of our favorite wedding venues not just around Atlanta but probably in the entire Southeast! Their team is exceptional at delivering a day that truly shines and the grounds provide such a classic, romantic venue for our couples’ most important day.
Tarin + Joel’s wedding was an absolute blast. Despite rain in the forecast, it held off until the moment the ceremony ended… and made for quite the fun recessional! Of course, the visual details didn’t disappoint, either!
Tarin told is a little bit more about their big day…
“Our wedding was AMAZING. Can we do it again?
Despite a few hiccups with rain, we both had so much fun throughout the day. Our awesome bridal party and families helped to create such a fun and relaxed atmosphere.
Our ceremony was one of the most memorable parts: Tarin’s brother and Joel’s sister officiated the wedding. They added such a personal touch to the ceremony, and absolutely NAILED IT. It’s also worth noting that the rain held out for the entire ceremony, and then literally right after we were pronounced husband and wife and walked back into the house, the skies opened and it started pouring. Our wedding guests and the rest of the bridal party had to run indoors to escape the rain! Not your traditional recessional, but it made for a funny story.
Another really memorable part of the wedding was the Hora and all the dancing at the reception. All we can say is, our wedding guests really know how to throw down and party! And we’re glad we splurged on the band and open bar.
Working with OLAS was such an enjoyable experience. [Tyler, our photographer] was so easy to work with, made us feel comfortable and also calmed our nerves about the rain throughout the day. The entire team was amazing. Thank you!”
