Alyson + Josh met when they were both attending Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts. After they met they became good friends and always hung out in the same circles. Throughout their time in college they slowly progressed from friends to dating. Alyson says that they “are literally best friends,” which is very special to have that with your spouse.
These two chose to have their wedding at Lakeview Pavilion, the perfect location with a great mix of modern flair and natural beauty. There was so much love shared throughout this day and we are so glad that we could capture those once in a lifetime moments for them!
We asked Alyson a couple questions after their wedding to hear more about how spectacular it was…
Q: Tell us about your wedding! How would you describe the overall vibe/feeling of your day?
A: “Our wedding day was absolute perfection- it was everything we imagined it to be and more. The amount of LOVE and FUN that filled the room can’t be described in words- good thing we have photo and video for that.”
Q: Is there a moment that stands out above the rest, now that you’ve been married for a few weeks?
A: “The surprise maid of honor speech/rap/flash mob was epic! Definitely one of the BEST moments. But nothing could compare to our ceremony and standing with Josh in front of all our family and friends- that was probably the best moment of our lives.”
