What advice would you give to future brides/grooms for their wedding day :: It’s tough to give advice to any bride on her wedding day because everyone is so different!! Plus, I felt like I was flying by the seat of my pants during the entire process, so who am I to advise anyone on anything, really?? But one thing I will say, and I feel this would be true for anyone, is that once you get to your wedding day, take a deep breath and stop thinking about ALL of the things you’ve been planning to make it “the perfect day”. The work is done at that point, and things will go differently than you had originally planned no matter what, so just smile and be happy (and remember to eat)!! Because I was able to keep that mindset, when we had a couple of hiccups I was totally chill! And the problems got solved and we all moved on. So when you get there, make sure you have lots of people around to help, and let the day unfold in the beautiful way it is going to unfold!! You’ll have more fun that way, I promise.
Was there anything your guests really enjoyed :: Our guests LOVED our DJ. We were lucky enough to get our friend Rob, a member of the band French Horn Rebellion, to DJ for us. He was amazing – he put together an incredible list of songs, and also brought his horn and wailed on it in the middle of the dance floor like a rockstar. Best part of the day right there!!
Anna + Paul, wow!! We are so in love with your wedding photos. Congrats! xoxo
