Describe how you felt right before you walked down the aisle :: I just remember feeling this overwhelming rush of excitement come over me as I saw my family and bridesmaids line up for the processional. I thought I was going to feel nervous, but I found as I was standing there, my father’s arm looped through mine, that there was no fear or anxiety. I found myself walking around the morning room of the farm house where we were waiting trying to find a window where I could get a good look at my husband-to-be. I just wanted to be up there, holding his hand and looking into those soft brown eyes of his.
How’s married life been thus far :: When people ask me this question, I think the huge smile on my face answers it. Jake and I are having so much fun starting our married life together. It’s so wonderful to look down when we hold hands and see both of our rings shimmering next to each other. Marriage has been this wonderful feeling completeness and I wouldn’t trade it for anything. Waking up next to him every morning, being there when he gets home every day, kissing each other goodnight as we tuck ourselves in… it’s the little things about married life that mean the world to me.
Annelise + Jacob, we adore your sweet wedding photos!! All our Love. xoxo
