What is the one moment from your wedding day that you want to remember 10 years from now :: My favorite moment from the wedding day was right before the first look. I spent our whole engagement imagining what it would feel like to see Elliott for the first time that day, and I had never felt so nervous and relieved at the same time. When they told me it was time to walk up behind him I was completely breathless. And when he finally turned around I felt like everything in our lives had lead us to this point, and I couldn’t be more ready to spend the rest of my life with him. Plus, he really loved my dress and I loved finally getting to see his reaction!
One word that would sum up your wedding day :: Sunshine. I had dreamt of sunshine on my wedding day and that’s exactly what I got. The whole day was sunny until the middle of the ceremony when thunder started roaring in the distance; but I couldn’t get my mind off of the sunshine – for the first time I wasn’t even worried about the possibility of rain. The rain held off until we recessed down the aisle. It was only sprinkling, but as soon as the final guests were inside the rain came pouring down. We had to take the family portraits inside, but somehow even then I was stuck in those sunshine moments, and I still can’t imagine a more perfect day.

My favorite picture is the one of Dominika and Elliott standing in front of the old shed. Perfect!
