Hi there, I'm Jan! I am so excited to be shooting photos for the amazing Milwaukee team with Once Like A Spark! My style is romantic and classic, and a perfect blend of a photojournalistic and elegantly posed photos. Each client I capture is unique, and so is each gallery. I really believe in capturing people authentically, and my galleries reflect that. I want people to be comfortable around me, so I crack a lot of goofy jokes to open conversations and prompt smiles. I am easy going, and know when to blend into the background to capture candid moments, but I'm also not afraid to step in and take charge of things if I need to. My job as a photographer is to take pictures, but since I'm often the only one with a watch or a phone, it's also my job to keep things on track so my couple gets all that they want and paid for. I want to take as much stress off my couple's shoulders as I can so they can enjoy the day without having to worry about the schedule, and I can get all the photos they've dreamed of.
