Hi! I'm Sarah!

I’m the Head of Sales @ OLAS and am SO excited to have you on our team! I love getting to know each photographer because my team and I brag about you all day long. You’ll hear from us most while we’re presenting your portfolio to couples. Once you’ve shot your first event, Whitney will be your main source of contact, but in the meantime my team’s job is to get you set up with a calendar and get you working!

If your calendar says you’re available, it is likely that I will present your portfolio to a potential client. It is important that you REALLY be available on that date. It’s heart-breaking (and costly!) to have to tell a couple the artist they thought they just booked must now turn them down. The best way maximize your earnings and minimize disappointment is to keep your calendar accurate and up to date.

FIRST CHECK OUT AN EXAMPLE OF HOW YOU GET PRESENTED AND BOOKED ON THE SLIDES BELOW
Step 1
While our sales team is talking to engaged couples in your area, we’re checking your OLAS calendar to see if you are open on their prospective date.
Step 2
Unless you're "Busy/Not Available" on your OLAS Calendar, we will actively present your portfolio to the couple as an artist available for booking.
Step 3
We may contact you to ask about experience shooting at venues, experience with types of events, availability for client calls or meetings, etc.
Step 4
4. Once a couple chooses you to shoot their wedding, we will add a Calendar Event to your OLAS calendar.
Step 5
Next, you will receive a "Heads Up" email. This email tells you you've have been BOOKED! Hold the date (up to 7 days) while we get everything confirmed and contracts signed.
Step 6
Shortly after the "Heads Up" you will see a final AD (Assignment Details) confirming every aspect of your booking and your initial payment/deposit.
