“We first met freshman year of college where we bonded over our first shared class, archery. We remained friendly over the next few years, and became close when we started graduate classes in Physical therapy school. Our relationship quickly grew into more than friendship and we became inseparable. After 6 years, several internships, vacations, first jobs and moving in together, Derek asked to “take the next step together” with a handmade scrapbook chronicling our whole relationship. I quickly said yes! We have been planning our wedding while traveling all over the country for our jobs as traveling physical therapists, making it to 15 states in the past year and a half!”
