“Matt and I have been together almost 4 years now. On one of our first few dates, he came over for dinner and showed up with flowers in one hand and a whole pineapple in the other, for dessert. I thought it was hilarious and pineapples have been our thing ever since. The day he proposed he caught me COMPLETELY off guard while apple picking with a couple close friends. I was even more shocked when I saw that he had crafted his own ring box out of a small bedazzled pineapple trinket box. I exclaimed, “it’s in a #^*#&$ pineapple?!” which was captured on video. Whoops! We are now forever known as the pineapple people.”
