New York Engagement Session :: Samantha + Michael :: with Christian B.

“We have been together for about 2 years. I met Mike during the summer and we just hit it off. It was the best summer of my life. Three weeks into hanging out I turned around to my mom and said: “Hey I’m going to Myrtle Beach with this guy and his family.” And the rest was history! Myrtle Beach is something special to us. That was the best vacation, I got to spend all my time with him and I fit right in with his whole family, who I absolutely love. We went back to Myrtle Beach this past Memorial Day weekend to his parent’s condo. I thought maybe we’d get engaged but then I told myself not to get my hopes up since I wanted my family there. Well, that Sunday Mike and I walked the beach with our dog, Louie. I walked up to a heart in the sand made out of rose petals. He stood me in the heart and I instantly started hysterically crying! He got down on one knee and proposed. And as I said yes he whispered in my ear “look who’s here” I turned around to my parents and my little sister walking onto the beach! What an amazing day I’ll cherish forever. I could cry just typing this!”
