Oakville, CT Wedding at The Grand Oak Villa :: Caitlyn + Nicholas :: with Graham

“What surprised us: How perfectly everything went! I had it in the back of my mind, “If something goes wrong that’s totally okay!” and honestly nothing went wrong. Each moment was so perfect; the best day of our lives.

Moments we’d re-live over and over again: Our first look – the most excited/nervous feeling of looking up and seeing him waiting for me. We had the BEST entrance to our reception, every seat was empty, and the dance floor was packed. It was the most special moment to realize everybody we loved was here with us at that exact moment, and having the time of their lives.

What we’re glad we included: First look! It was a coin toss between the traditional walking down the aisle, and doing a first look but I’m so happy we did. It gave us the most special moment to be together and have every nervous giggle, tear, and smile captured by Graham.

What it’s like to be married: It’s so happy! We’re in that state where calling each other ‘husband’ or ‘wife’ makes us smile and laugh cause it still seems so crazy that we’re married. It’s only been a month and a half, but it’s already been so exciting, adventurous, and happy.”
