“We met our Freshman year at Georgia Tech, but now we are living in West Virginia. The day we took those pictures was really special because it was the first morning we had spent in Atlanta in almost a year, so it was really nice to get to see the city again. He proposed to me in Rochester, NY after we had spent almost a year apart from each other. One of my favorite things about the pictures is that they captured a few of Xavier’s genuine smiles, and that they are very unique to the setting we were in.”
